FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We can accommodate 150 guests for a seated event. Cocktail events can host 250 guests.

  • Our wedding packages include 12 hours of exclusive property access. Most couples plan their venue hours between Noon - Midnight. Event packages can be rented by hour for up to 12 hours. Music must end at 10 PM on weeknights & Sundays, or 11 PM on Fridays & Saturdays.

  • We have exclusive partnerships with Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering, six DJ companies and our own liquor license for bar services. You are welcome to select your own photographer, florist, dessert vendor, officiant, etc.

  • We do require our clients to purchase general liability insurance. Clients can purchase a certificate through their personal agent or Wed Safe.

  • All personal & decoratIve items must be removed by the end of your rental timeframe. Our team will handle tables, chairs, linens and trash removal.

  • Sign our contract, put down 50% of the venue rental, and the date is yours! The other half of the venue rental is due 30 days prior to your event. We cannot hold dates with a deposit & signed contract.
